Sharing some of your thoughts, entrusting me with your personal life and reaching out for support when in need, has in many ways taught me about the individuality and diversity of people. I understand how important it is to genuinely listen to one another, and l also know that at times, we can all feel vulnerable. Do not be so hard on yourself because it is completely normal to have emotional ups, and downs in our lives. Things happen, circumstances change, people change, and at times, we are challenged in the most unimaginable way.
One thing l know for sure is, your stories have in many ways taught me life lessons that l have been able to adapt into my own life, and also the lives of others, so for that l will always be forever grateful.
