Topic- Raising Empowering Kids
Monday 19th May 2025 1pm https://rppfm.com.au

Isabella is passionate about raising generations of empowered, nurtured kids!
Through her journey of working with children in early childhood settings, in the home and being on her own inner healing journey, she has a real in-depth knowledge of what children need and how to simply show up for them.
Isabella holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and has over 10 years of experience with children aged 2-12. Throughout her years of guiding children, she has equipped herself and tried many different tools and approaches, discovering a way that she feels not only gets an easeful response from children, but also empowers them in the process to meet them where they’re at.
Isabella’s work emphasizes the dual focus of nurturing children directly while also equipping parents with the tools and knowledge to support their children's development independently, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances the overall growth and well-being of families.
Understanding children's needs during challenging behaviours, such as tantrums or boundary testing, allows us to respond more effectively and compassionately, ultimately easing the emotional strain of parenting and fostering a more harmonious relationship with our children. Her favourite thing about this process, is seeing how with some simple tools and better language scripts, parents can feel so much relief and experience more cooperation and connection with their kids. She also values being part of and creating more of the ‘Village’ experience again for families, through her Empowered Parenting events that happen twice a year, and via her private nannying services.
There’s something special about letting parents feel the power of support and community again. Many parents often experience a sense of isolation, feeling as though they bear the weight of parenting challenges alone, which can lead to increased stress and a lack of support in navigating the complexities of family life.
Isabella truly believes that this is not the case, and that parents not only deserve but need to have access to lots of different kinds of support so they can not only ‘get through’ but thrive as a family.

Alongside her passion for nurturing children and parents, Isabella has had a profound healing journey through connecting to her inner child and healing from wounds and trauma that she experienced at a young age. Growing up with a dad who almost died when she was 5 years old, and then losing him when she was 21, Isabella has had a big journey with grief.
The pain of not having a core parent present through big transitions in life created some big wounds for Isabella around hyper- independence, people pleasing, anxiety and depression. After a big ‘wake-up call’ in her early 20’s, where she ended up in a coma for 5 days, Isabella chose to face her pain, instead of running away from it. This was a pivotal moment in her life that changed everything! She started reading books and attending workshops to understand more about her mind and her emotions. She began creating a deep connection to self through yoga, meditation, woman’s circles and more. As her healing journey progressed, she gained more understanding of how our core wounds are created from childhood experiences. She began connecting with her inner child, healing from these ‘original’ painful experiences and as she did, she began to experience a profound shift in her life. Isabella started feeling safer to do things out of her comfort zone, learnt to set boundaries, be more authentically herself in a relationship, dance and sing freely in front of others, speak publicly and hold herself with more confidence. She was able to process big emotions as they flowed through, because she had the tools and knew how to comfort her inner child, the part of her that was scared, sad, overwhelmed or angry.
Now Isabella is taking others through this process of connecting to their inner child and offering the healing experience of meeting themselves in these wounds- too much, not enough, people pleasing, co-dependence, hyper-independence etc, and being able to live more freely, confidently and openly as a byproduct.
Isabella says "It’s truly a beautiful experience to walk alongside others as they heal from within and unleash more of who they came here to be!"
